All photography services, pricing, availability, session dates, locations, and other details must be confirmed directly with Eagle Eye Photography.  A session is considered booked only after any required photography agreement has been completed and any required retainer, deposit, or other booking requirements have been satisfied.

Quotes provided in response to an inquiry are based upon the information supplied by the prospective client and may change if the requested services, location, duration, date, deliverables, or other circumstances change.

3. Photography and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, designs, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Eagle Eye Photography and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Photographs displayed on this website may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, altered, screenshot for redistribution, sold, published, distributed, used for artificial-intelligence training, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Eagle Eye Photography, except as permitted by law.

The appearance of a photograph on this website does not place that photograph in the public domain or grant visitors any license or ownership rights.

4. Client Photographs

Photographs displayed in our portfolio are examples of our photography work.  Permission to display client photographs is governed by the applicable photography agreement, release, or other authorization between Eagle Eye Photography and the client or other authorized party.

Nothing contained in these website Terms grants a third party permission to use, reproduce, or distribute photographs of our clients or subjects.
